At Ba Unique Fashion, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review the information below regarding our shipping times, delivery options, and policies.

Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, especially during peak periods such as holidays. We recommend checking with your local courier service for delivery updates and deadlines during these times.

Tracked Delivery

We provide tracked delivery for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.

Late or Lost Orders

It is essential that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Ba Unique Fashion is not responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or for items that are delivered to a neighbor or placed in an outbuilding as per customer instructions. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange or refund guarantee from the date of delivery. Please note, we do not cover the costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or obtaining proof of postage for your returns, as Ba Unique Fashion is not responsible for lost returns. Returns requested after the 30-day period will be sent back to the customer.

Exchange and Refund Process

To request an exchange or refund, please review our Refund Policy and follow the steps outlined there. For an item to qualify for an exchange or refund, it must:

  • Be unworn (other than for trying on).
  • Include all original tags and packaging.

Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer one free exchange on your order within 30 days of receiving the product. Any further exchanges will incur additional shipping costs, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and processed at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days from the date of return for your refund to be completed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at bauniquefashion@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
