Can I add or cancel items to my order after it’s placed?

We’re working hard to ship your order as soon as we can, so we may not be able to cancel it right away upon request.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We try our hardest to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that once the order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Any package returned back to us for non-acceptance upon delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways).

Do you offer international shipping?
